Vietnam strived to recover after the tremors from the Covid-19 chain disruptions. A “bubble” price is occurred in HCMC due to the auction of Thu Thiem land. With the current situation, condotel continues to freeze when this market lacks new projects. In Q4/2021, condotel recorded the lowest recovery in the real estate market.

Apartment: The average asking price increased by about 3-7% in three cities.

Office: The average leasing price in three cities continued to increase slightly, about 1-3% Y-o-Y

Retail: Gradually recovering, this market will perform better after reopening the retail industry. Besides, many international new-branded investors will come to the Vietnam market, such as Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and Da Nang.

Hotel: With injecting 2-doses vaccine and opening domestic flights to welcome domestic tourists in Q4/2021. This helped the occupancy rate of hotels to be higher, over 30% compared to the previous quarter.

Condotel: With the current situation, condotel continues to freeze when this market lacks new projects. In Q4/2021, condotel recorded the lowest recovery in the real estate market.
